Purchase Policies.

You can only buy the products that are available for sale and whose details appear in the Taller de la Rosa online store.

All our prices are in national currency and already include taxes.

Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, these products will be included in the shopping cart, in which case, you should select the option see cart, where you can modify your order, if you are sure of your purchase, select the option to perform / final purchase, where you must fill your personal information, your delivery address and then select the payment option you want. Check that all the details of the shipping address are correct and complete, since the success of your delivery depends on this.

Orders are sent as is, the product was selected at the time of purchase, our system does not allow modification, so we ask you to carefully review your order.

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email from us, in a maximum of 24 hours with the order information.

Payment Policies.

Electronic transfer / Bank deposit:

If your payment is via transfer or deposit please send proof of payment to the email contact@tallerdelarosa.store.

Payment with Paypal / Credit card.

Once your purchase is made, you will receive an email with your order number to confirm your order.

Change and Return Policies:

You can make refund in money and cancellation of purchase order as long as the product has not yet left our warehouse.

All products purchased at Taller de la Rosa may be exchanged or returned by credit in our online store within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Guarantee Policies:

Taller de la Rosa products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from the date of purchase. Taller de la Rosa reserve the right to repair or replace any of their guaranteed products at their discretion.

Please keep in mind that wear and tear and any loss consequently is not covered by the warranty.

The guarantee does not apply when it is used in situations other than normal, when it is altered or repaired by unauthorized persons, when the product presents physical damage due to its misuse.

Taller de la Rosa products only cover the warranty if it is purchased on our website www.tallerdelarosa.store or at any point of sale of our distributors throughout Mexico.
